When will I receive my tickets?
We guarantee that all tickets will arrive in time for the event.
Once the order has been placed, the seller will dispatch the tickets to the address provided about 3-5 days before the event.
For the last-minute orders, tickets may be hand delivered to the event location or stadium. This is done to ensure the tickets are delivered safely.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is complete, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
What is the delivery charge?
We do not charge a delivery fee. All prices listed on our website are final.

Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately we do not deliver tickets internationally. Your ticket(s) can be delivered to the hotel or any residential address you will be staying at in the city where the event will take place. This is to ensure you receive the ticket(s) safely and in time for the event.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. You can change your delivery address about a week before the event date, unless your tickets have been dispatched. If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Why selling price on website is different from face value?
Our tickets are sold by private sellers that state their own price. Tickets for same event may differ in price, as seller's fee is set individually.
Can my tickets be delivered to the hotel I will be staying at?
Yes. Please provide your hotel's full address in the delivery information. You will also need to notify hotel staff that you are expecting a delivery, so they can accept it on your behalf.
Can I collect tickets myself?
No. If the tickets are arranged for a delivery they cannot be picked up by buyer. As the event organisers usually issue tickets close to the event date, you should receive your tickets about 3-5 days prior to the event.
Will I receive confirmation?
Once order is complete and payment has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
What if the event has been
re-scheduled?
In case the event has been re-scheduled, your ticket(s) will be valid for a new date.
What if the event has been cancelled?
In case the event has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund for your order.
Do you issue refunds?
Refunds are only issued in the unlikely case of tickets not being delivered to the buyer. Otherwise, no refunds can be issued.
How do you protect your buyers?
The ticket seller will only receive payment after the buyer attends the event. Thus we can guarantee that tickets are valid and they resemble the category of ticket(s) the buyer has purchased.
Is there a charge for selling tickets?
No, Tiksar will not charge the Seller for selling their tickets on our website. We add 18% commission on top of your selling price.
When will I get paid for sold tickets?
A Seller will get paid within 10 working days after the event takes place. This is to ensure that Buyers receive their tickets and attend the event without any issues.
How do I get paid?
We transfer the amount into your account that you provide when registering your listing on our website.

Can I edit my listing?
Yes, you can make changes to your tickets before they have been purchased by the Buyer. Once your listing is sold you cannot make any changes.
Can I delete my listing?
Yes, you can delete your listing before it has been purchased. You will need to log in to your account in order to do so.
How do you protect your sellers?
After an agreed number of days after the event, the seller is guaranteed payment for sold tickets.
In case there are any problems with payment, we will take care of any issues without disturbing the buyer.
